Everything Bagel Cream Cheese

The Bagel Bakery’s delicious everything bagels (or ET) deserve some equally delicious spread on it. That’s why we’re sharing this awesome recipe from Spend with Pennies for a yummy and easy-to-make everything bagel cream cheese spread. In fact, you probably already have most the ingredients in your kitchen!

 

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • ½ cup softened salted butter
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 1½ tsp. sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp. dried garlic flakes
  • 1 tsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. caraway seeds (only if you want)

 

Here’s what you’ll do:

 

  1. Throw all the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly
  2. Place mixture on some plastic wrap and roll it into a log
  3. Stick it in the refrigerator for at least two hours (or overnight)
  4. Slice off a piece to put on your toasted bagel

7 New Challenges for our customers for the New Year

Happy 2016! We’re excited to see what fresh things the new year brings us and our customers. Here are a few challenges we have for you all to make sure you start the year off right and full of bagels.

 

  1. Try a new type of Bagel

 

We all have our favorite bagels, but it doesn’t hurt to switch it up every once in a while. We hear great things about our Jalapeño/Cheddar bagel. Consider giving it a try!

 

  1. Try a new type of cream cheese

 

If you’re not ready to stray from your original bagel choice, then pair it with a new cream cheese. Veggie? Salmon? Jalapeño Chive Onion? Honey Walnut? The possibilities are endless.

 

  1. Try out all the recipes on our blog so far!
